You can opt for classes either early in the morning before your day starts or in the evening after work to relieve yourself from tensions at the work place. You should choose a yoga class that would fit well into your daily schedule.

Choosing a yoga class-

While choosing yoga classes it would be advantageous to know which yoga form would be suitable for you. If you have advanced in various yoga forms you could go in for ashtanga yoga which is dynamic in nature.

If you are a beginner at yoga, you could opt for Kripalu yoga which is categorised as a mild yoga form. Before getting enrolled in a yoga studio, you should know about the classes offered and if the classes would be suitable for you and your body type.

Demo class-

Mostly all yoga studios would offer a demo class, which would allow you to take the class and try it out if it suits you. If the classes interest you, you could stick with the class or change the class to suit your preference.

Route and the techniques for yoga-

Yama and niyama are the main routes which are implicated for yoga. Both yama and niyama deal with behavioural and attitudinal aspects in an individual. The attitudes and the behaviour pattern in an individual are known to undergo change with the coming in of yoga.

Asanas and postures which are a part of yogic techniques address critical areas which are related to life like living and health. Meditation is linked to techniques which are a part of karma yoga, bhakti yoga and gyana yoga. Yoga in many ways satisfies the quench and yearning for analytical and intellectual minds.

Spirituality and yoga are interlinked as spirituality helps one become grounded as well as practical. With spirituality one can be practical and also work towards betterment of humane qualities.

Yoga has numerous benefits for the body, mind and soul. Yoga helps an individual find a purpose in life and become aware of ones self. Yoga helps one see the positive side of life. It makes life overflowing with holism, health and happiness. Yoga harmonizes the heart, hands and the head. It is a universal remedy for a restless and tensed mind.
