Morning is the time when you are quiet and the atmosphere is most pure. Taking time to do yoga in the morning sends you out of the door feeling present, centered and relaxed. At this time, divine energy is high and there are expected to be fewer disturbances. Your both external and internal energies are also at the highest level this time, than at any other period of the day. Everything you do is going to be enhanced by that.
