Urgent menstrual cycle

I started my period today and am leaving tomorrow for a holiday to the sea for two weeks, I sually have my period for 14-20 days, I was put on the Yasmin pill to regulate them but nothing has worked my doctor has no idea what is causing such a long period, it has been like this my entire life.  I just want a break while I am on holiday. Is there anything I can take to put it on hold for two weeks?
