However, it has been noticed that by performing only aerobic exercise, you tend to lose weight faster, but you gain equally at the same speed once you stop it.

It is always advisable to perform different exercises along with aerobic exercise to maintain the balance between the workouts. This will help you to lose weight in a proper way and also help you in building up stamina.

Your body largely depends on water. Almost 80% of body cells survive on water. Many people think that while performing exercise, you should not drink water. However, if you don't drink water, your body will not work efficiently while exercising. Your workout can become tough and chances of fatigue increases.

 

In the study made, people who exercise more without drinking water finished 3 to 5 less repetitions per set while performing strength training. The problem is that the body's levels of anabolic hormone fall down due to less intake of water. This hormone is necessary for strong muscles.

 

Exercise is the best way to lose weight. However, avoid the workout mistake that slows metabolism rate, so that you can lose more. With proper exercise and healthy diet, you can easily reach your workout goal.
