  • Pre-heat the oven up to 350 F.

  • Add chopped apricots and stir well with a wooden spoon until dough is well blended.
  • Bake the dough for 25 to 30 minutes until it is slightly brown.

Main Course (main ingredients – acorn squash and apples)

  • In a bowl mix peeled sliced apple with 2 table spoons of brown sugar.
  • Pierce the acorn squash several times to let steam escape while cooking.
  • Put the squash inside a microwave oven for 5 minutes
  • Then take the squash on a wooden table and cut it into half and remove the seeds.
  • Fill up the center hollow space of the squash with the apple mixture.
  • Put the whole thing in the oven until the apples get softened.
  • Just before serving top it with a teaspoon of margarine.

Salad (main ingredient – crab)

  • In a small bowl combine ¼ cup of lime juice, ¼ cup of rice wine vinegar, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 seeded and sliced cucumber and 1/3 fresh chopped mint.
  • Add the 12 ounces of crab meat and coat the whole crab with the mixture.
  • Before serving garnish it with lime wedges.

Desserts (main ingredients – orange juice)

  • In a blender mix 1 and ½ cup of chilled orange juice, 1 cup of light vanilla chilled soy milk, 1/3 rd cup of soft tofu, 1 table spoon of dark honey, 1 teaspoon of grated orange zest with ½ tea spoon of vanilla and ice cubes.
  • Continue blending the mixture until it becomes frothy.
  • Pour them in glasses and garnish them with peeled orange segments.
