There are no reasons for quitting smoking for nicotine addicts as there are no reasons for taking the first puff of smoke except for mere one time pleasure for all those who do not weigh the pros and cons of tobacco. Smoking should be a controlled exercise in the hands of humans as it can eventually intervene with their taste and preference. If not for any material and individual gain, it should be abandoned for the mere sake of your loved ones who are inhaling the poisonous gases along with you.
