Oily skin can be caused due to improper diet, hereditary, pregnancy, birth control pills, cosmetic and humidity or hot weather. Oily skin is mostly caused because of hormonal imbalance and over productive sebaceous glands. Teenagers usually face the problem of oily skin however oily skin doesn’t cause according with age, it causes because of the above mentioned things. They should wash their face twice or thrice a day to remain it clean.  One should not extend face washing more than this as it will stimulate your skin to produce more oil. The cleanser for oily skin women should not be harsh and it’s a good idea to choose pure soap with no artificial addictives.

Home remedies for oily skin care:

At times one can resort to home remedies for oily skin care. It is significant for one to learn the essentials of oily skin care in order to enjoy smooth skin for a long time. Fruit acid works well for oily skin treatment as it helps to remove oil from the skin and helps to retain the moisture. One can use cucumber, lime juice and yogurt to keep their oily skin under control. Moreover, one can use cover of Aloe Vera, crushed strawberries and yogurt for treating oily skin. It should be put for 15 minutes on skin and after that it should be washed with warm for getting healthy skin.

Women with oily skin should have a diet that is rich in proteins and plenty of leafy vegetables and fresh fruits. It is advisable to avoid high fat and junk food.  It is a good idea to drink ample amount of water in a day as it helps to keep the skin hydrated and flush out toxins. One can add wheat germ, nutritional yeast, grains, beans and nuts in their diet.  With these basic oil skin care guidelines, you will find it easier and more convenient to cope with your oil skin efficiently.
