One should avoid alcohol and caffeine in take as much as possible as it makes your skin look dull.
  1. Protect your skin from sun: One should try to cover their skin as much as possible while exposing their skin to sun can harm their skin badly. Sun rays can cause numerous skin problems like - skin cancer, aging, blister lips, sunburn, and premature wrinkles.  It is significant for one to apply lots of sunscreen on their skin if they are going out in sun. One can use sunscreen with SPF 15 or greater to prevent their skin from skin problems.
  1. Regular cleansing and moisturizing: Regular moisturizing will help one’s skin by acting as a seal over skin. It is essential for one to clean their skin regularly in order to get healthy skin. One can use soap, cleansing lotion, rose water or any face wash for it.  One can select cleansing lotion according to their skin type as lotions for different types of skin are accessible.
