Home remedies for dry skin care:

Women with dry skin should massage their skin with almond oil or olive oil every night before going to bed. One should daily apply a mixture by adding 1 egg yolk, 1 tablespoon of olive oil and few drops of lime juice and rose water on their face for 15 minutes before taking shower. It is one of the best home remedy for dry skin. One can also make their skin effective by having milk bath once as month. Milk bath will nourish and smooth your skin.

Castor oil or avocado oil can also work well for dry skin care. There are certain oils that are significant for dry skin are – chamomile, geranium, hyssop, lavender, patchouli, rose, sandalwood, and ylang – ylang. One can drink chamomile, peppermint or dandelion tea as they are good for treating dry skin. Person with dry skin should have proper diet that includes vegetables, fruits, grains, seeds and nuts. They should increase the intake of raw foods and proteins. It is advisable to have food such as garlic, onions, eggs and asparagus as they ate high in sulfur. With these basic dry skin care guidelines, you will find it easier and more convenient to cope with your dry skin efficiently.
