Workout for male breasts

Men who have male breasts are very insecure about their physical appearance. Male breasts are mainly due to obesity and being over weight. Male breasts are also caused due side effects to medicines.

Male breasts-

Male breasts are also known as a medical condition called Gynecomastia. Male breasts mainly occur when the female hormone estrogen is stronger. When the formation of estrogen is stronger than testosterone which is the male hormone the male breasts can be easily seen. Obesity is known to be the main factor which leads to male breasts.

When there is excess fat accumulation, the upper torso becomes much bigger and the chest starts to fill up. Steroids cause the growth of breasts as a side effect.

Workout for male breasts-

Male breasts or Gynecomastia can be easily treated with surgery. Before doing any exercise it would be a must to warm up and relax the tensed muscles.

One can reduce the formation of male breasts with the following workout regime:

Incline dumbbell press- For doing this workout, one would have to lie on the back on an inclined bench which would be set at 45 degrees vertically. You would have to hold two heavy dumbbells above the head area. Try pushing the weight back by keeping one arm straight.

Side plank-Support your body with your forearm, lying on the side in a straight line. Try lifting your body off the floor, while maintaining the same position. Your weight should be equally divided and supported with the forearm and toes.

Push-ups- For doing push –ups, you should keep your arms apart on the floor, while keeping your back straight.  Lower your body towards the floor at around 45 degrees and rise up.

Relax- While doing exercises the body releases free fatty acids into the blood stream. After doing the workout, you must relax the worked out muscles.

Some tips to get rid of male breasts are:

Reduce weight:  Exercise regularly and concentrate on the chest area while working out. Bench press and push-ups would reduce the formation of breasts. By reducing weight, you can reduce the formation of male breasts.

Eat nutritious food items: Avoid fatty food items and food items which are rich in refined carbohydrates such as white bread and potatoes. Refrain from sugar rich food substances and foods which contain estrogen related compounds such as soy milk and almonds. Refrain from drinking beer.

Consume herbal supplements: Male breasts can be reduced with the intake of herbal supplements. Herbal supplements work by reducing the amount of fat cells in the chest area and reduce the chest size. Herbal supplements help in increasing the metabolism rate and aid in burning excess fat.

Before going in for the treatment of Gynecomastia or enhanced male breasts it would be wise to consult a docter. In several Gynecomastia cases the docters may also prescribe surgery. Doctors would prescribe the right medecation which would increase the production of male breasts hormones or testosterone and reduce the formation of female breasts hormones or estrogen.
