                        Shiatsu- it is a type of Japanese massage. It is done by using finger pressure in a particular manner that sooths the massage part of the body. It helps in improving the flow of blood and relieves pain. It is very relaxing yet people can feel the pressure on to their body and hence, a bit of soreness remains later on for few days.

                        Deep Tissue Massage - It focuses on the deep layers of muscles and is very effective in case you are suffering from any muscle pain or anything like that. It might make the massaged body part a bit swollen for one or two days due to the heavy massage but it is a wonder way to get rid of muscle pain for sure. It makes you feel refreshed and rejuvenated all in all.

                        Thai Massage- Just like shiatsu, even Thai massage provides great energy to the entire body. It allows the muscles to detox and feel fresh there on.
