Massage is the treatment of superficial and deeper layers of muscle and connective tissues to improve their function and to promote relaxation. During massage, target tissues may include tendons, muscles, skin, ligaments, joints, or other connective tissue, and also lymphatic vessels, organs of the gastrointestinal system. We can use different types of natural oils for body massage. Massage can be applied with the help of fingers, elbows, hands, knees, forearms, and feet.
