- Overweight leads to diabetes, hypertension and heart failure, so weight should be controlled with proper food intake like fruits and vegetables cooked in low saturated fat, and by following regular exercise.
- There are certain factors that must be controlled to prevent heart diseases. One of the leading causes of death is infraction that is causing heart problems. Anxiety and stress also lead to heart attack, therefore we must avoid them.
· Some fats can create heart disease. They are found in meat, cheese, milk, and butter. They are also found in foods with palm and coconut oils. Avoid consuming such foods.
· Having less sodium can help to lower blood pressure. This reduces the risk of heart disease. We need sodium in our diet, but most of us eat too much of it. Much of the sodium we intake comes from salt that we use to add taste to food.
· Increasing the consumption of fiber from fruits, grains and vegetables can lower the chances of getting heart attack.
· A medical check-up can help to detect heart attack and also prevents strokes or other heart problems.
