Causes of Heart Problems

Heart is one essential body part that decides our life and death. Have you ever wondered how important is it to take good care of your hearts? If not then you must take a bold step ahead to make sure that from now on you lead a healthy heart. But, for obvious reasons there are many reasons that break through the path of your healthy heart. On a serious note, let’s check out the main causes of heart problems.

Heart disease is also known as Coronary artery disease or cardiovascular disease is the root cause of many of your healthy problems. Wondering how? Well, as per the records nearly 60 million Americans are suffering from some or the other coronary artery disease and 2600 among them die almost every day. It is a bigger threat to the world, even worse than Cancer. See, how big the figure grows when it comes to any heart disease?

There are major risk factors that develop these heart diseases. Bifurcated into two groups few of them are major and others are contributing. Some of the risk factors of heart diseases are given below, just have a look:

  1. High blood pressure: Hypertension or high blood pressure may directly cause heart attack. So, if you are suffering from it always make sure you follow a proper medical advice and diet plan to control this further.
  2. High Cholesterol: In a human body, lever produces all the cholesterol so, try and have food that is easily digested by liver and avoid usage of unnecessary drugs or smoke to make your liver healthy.
  3. Overweight: More than 50% of the entire population of the world is overweight so, for some it might seem to be a normal affair. Well, that’s not true obesity causes many diseases, the drastic among them is heart disease. It is a contributing risk factor for sure but equally deceased for human heart and body.
  4. Diabetes: Well, this sugar problem is a real cause for heart disease. So, people suffering from this must avoid unnecessary diet for sure.
  5. Smoking or any other drugs: Regular drug consumption or smoking is deadly for human body. They not only causes heart problems but also make you dependent on them completely.
  6. Physical inactivity: Regular exercise can solve a lot of health problems. Physical inactivity make any health problem a worse affair so, better to work out than to face health problems.
  7. Heredity: Few heart problems occur through genes. Well, you can not help it but of course, you can always avoid it to a great extent.

 

No matter what causes heart disease if you are willing to diet adequately and take proper medical care then you can over come any health issues for sure.
