Vitamin C- Citrus fruits, strawberries, kiwi, cantaloupe, pineapple, tomatoes, green peppers, potatoes and dark green veggies contain large quantities of vitamin C. This antioxidant maintains the health of the skin and hair. The vitamin should be consumed 60 mg per day.
Vitamin E: The daily dose of the article should not be more than 400IU. This vitamin promotes scalp circulation. Foods like wheat germ oil, soybeans, raw seeds, nuts, dried beans, and green vegetables are the sources of Vitamin E.
