These days there has been considerable increase in the use of mobiles. However, people fail to consider the ill effects of electromagnetic radiation that mobiles or other electronic devices emit. These radiations affect the human organism easily, especially the brain. Some of the effects are short term while some are long term depending on how much the usage is. It affects your sleep, eating habits, cognitive function, and genomic responses which need immediate treatment. The above mentioned effects last as long as the intensity of the radiation stays in the non thermal range. Controlling the usage of mobile and such other electronic devices is the only prevention we can take to minimize the ill effects.

Exposure to Electromagnetic Radiation Causes

·         Irritable bowel disease

·         Colon cancer in the more sensitive colons

·         Tumors

·         Damage to the intestinal mucus lining

Symptoms Noticed in the Affected Person

There are many signs and symptoms by which it is easier to know if the person is affected:

  1. Tingling
  2. Burning sensations
  3. Headache
  4. Redness
  5. Light sensitivity
  6. Concentration difficulties
  7. Heart palpitation
  8. Fainting
  9. Nausea
  10. Stomach pain
  11. Heart problems
  12. Gaining weight
  13. Cognitive difficulties
  14. Itchiness

All these signs are usually caused by exposure to ELF field. Individuals who show such signs are too much in contact with electromagnetic fields, also known electro sensitivity. Devices like fluorescent lamps, computers, mobile phones, and electrical installations are used in daily life which has electromagnetic radiations. These devices if used for a long time can trigger the above mentioned symptoms.

Ill Effects of Electromagnetic Radiation

Obesity

Some studies made have shown that obesity and electromagnetic radiations are related to each other. These radiations affect the speed of metabolism rate because of which individuals tend to burn less calories. Exposure to these radiations for a long time also affects the brain cells that help in maintaining a good health.

Cancer

This is one life threatening problem caused by electromagnetic radiations. It causes DNA breakages, increase in oncongene cells activity, rise in blood pressure, chromosome aberrations, and altered brain activity. All these factors increase the chances of brain cancer. These radiations also influence the pineal gland in the brain because of which melatonin of the body reduces. Melatonin is one important body part because of which hormones work in a proper way.

Heart Problems

Chances of heart problem like cardiovascular diseases, psychiatric disorders, and neurodegenerative disease are more. Exposure to such radiation affects the heart rate which can some time also result to death. Hence, people using mobile phones for long period of time are advised to minimize its usage. These radiations greatly affect sensitive organs of the body like brain and heart. The disease and effects which you can see are mostly long term. Even though some research could not prove the relation between two in a strong way, still many health care experts are advised to minimize the usage. Other than heart problems, people having problem of diabetes and blood pressure are advised to use any electronic devices less.

Affects Immunity System

The immunity system of the body can also get affected by these radiations. Due to low immunity system, the risk of other diseases increases.

Many people ignore the fact that these radiations can lead to severe health effects, sometimes leading to death. These radiations are commonly found in TV, radio, and phones. Such electronic devices emit the radiations in air without even touching them. You must follow some preventive steps to avoid the ill effects of electromagnetic radiations.
