They should make sure that kids don’t control breathing for a long time or are overdoing it.

Some exercises must be tried after a particular age, which if performed at an early age can affect the spinal cord.

To avoid such problems, parents should ensure that kids don’t perform certain postures that include neck extension or extreme building. Parents should focus that the child is in alignment and his legs or arms are not hyper extended.
- Avoid exhausting phase of yoga like extended stretches, advanced poses or poses of holding for a long time, which can affect the child later.
