Rub it well over your entire hand till you can see some rinse coming. Clean your nail beds as well. Once you see the rinse, wash it with water properly. Dry you hands with tissue paper or soft towel.

Many health care experts advise to use hand sanitizers whenever necessary. Such product should be kept in the car as well. Such anti septic products help to protect you from the bacteria and pathogens that can cause many infectious diseases. Some hand sanitizers come in the form of liquid foam, while some are soaps. The alcohol included in such product can vary from 60-80%.
Many manufacturers add moisturizer in the product due to which skin becomes soft and smooth. Hand sanitizers if used on a regular basis as advised by the doctor can keep you protected from diseases.
Many manufacturers claim that their product can kill up to 99.9% of the bacteria. Even if this fact is not yet proven, it is still proved that hand sanitizers can help you get rid of 60% of germs.
As compared to soap and water, many people prefer to use alcohol hand sanitizers as they effectively eliminate germs.
How Frequently Should Hand Sanitizers be Used?
If you are using an alcohol based product, then wash your hands after every five hours. If your hands have become sticky or visibly dirty, then wash them with water and soap.
