Aloe vera is known as medicinal aloe, a species of plant that is believed to have originated in Sudan. Aloe vera grows in dry climates and is available in India, Africa, and other dry areas. Goodness of aloe vera is known all over the world and hence, it is being used in herbal medicine.
There are many uses of aloe vera in day to day life. It is also known as a humble plant with more than 500 different uses.
Aloe Vera for Skin
- Aloe vera is widely used in treatment of skin
- It directly penetrates into the layer which retains water in skin and nourishes the skin.
- It has ability to refresh and restore the skin texture and complexion along with its quality.
- It helps to reduce scars, liver spots, blemishes, age lines, etc.
- It can be used as a moisturizer that provides oxygen to the skin and acts on dead skin.

Aloe Vera Growth
You can grow aloe vera on your own. Simply buy a stem and plant it properly in a pot containing mud. Water it every day.
Ways to Use Aloe Vera Plant
Cut off a leaf and then remove the thorns. Now peel the green cover of the leaf. A transparent gel will come outside. Store it in a container and refrigerate.
You can use this as a face pack, or hair pack
You can also mix it in oil and use it for eating purpose
