Here are some very important fitness ideas for teenagers. This will help you to know how to do exercise and lose or gain weight. There are different types of exercises that should be part of your life.

·         It includes sports like tennis, football, volleyball, basketball, etc.

  • Join gym in any local community center to do exercise under the guidance of instructors.
  • You can also follow the Exercise TV, or channels which are guiding you for exercise.
  • When you are hanging out in the mall, walk around rather than staying in one spot or eating junk.
  • Plan your new routine where you can walk
  • You can also use an exercise video in your own bedroom
  • You can also take your dog for a long walk

Along with this, the American Heart Association suggests some ideas for teenage exercise. Keep in mind that your exercise should never hurt you, especially during the starting weeks of your workout program.

  • Aerobic exercise will help your body to perform longer and efficiently
  • The more exercise one can do, the more energy he/she has for hours afterwards.
  • It also makes you feel pleasant physically and mentally. It makes your metabolic rate normal.
