We should be very conscious about our body. No matter what our age is we must do exercise to reduce butt, and extra fat present in our body. If we avoid it, this can lead to any condition or body disorder. Butt contains cellulite which is the fat that builds up on body primarily in the thigh, gut and butt region.

 

The best way to reduce your butt is by doing exercises which may help to get rid of cellulite.

Basic Exercises to Reduce Butt

 

  • The primary muscle in your butt is known as gluteus maximus. This muscle works for you to stand or walk.
  • Some of the best exercises you can do are swimming, walking, and biking
  • These are also known to be best cardiovascular workout, which can help to reduce excess weight.
  • You can start this basic exercise slowly, but do your best to walk or ride for at least 15 minutes.
  • By doing this, you can see that weight loss is taking place entirely 

Other Exercises to Reduce Butt

 

 

Squats

 

  • Squats are good exercises for hips, butt and thighs
  • Bend your knees, and lower into a squat, keeping the knees at the back of the toes. 
  • Press into the heels and stand up
  • Repeat it for 2-3 sets

 

 Lunges

  • Lunges are known to be challenging exercise because it works on many muscles at the same time.
  • On the front leg, it will work on glutes and hamstrings and, on the back leg; it will work on quads and calves.

There are different lunges exercises you can choose. They are: 

 

Step Ups

 

  • Step ups are a great exercise for reducing butts
  • For step ups, place one foot on a step and push all the way through the heel to lift your body up.

You can do step ups in different ways :

 

  • Crossover step ups
  • Resistance Band step ups
  • Side step ups

 

 

Hip Extensions

 

  • In this type of exercise, you can grip a dumbbell behind your knee or you can also use ankle weights for additional intensity.

 

 

 

One-Legged Deadlifts

 

  • Deadlifts are great for butt and lower back
  • Take the left leg back just a bit, resting on the toe. With weights in front of the thighs, tilt the hips and lower the weights as your elasticity allows.
  • Always keep the back flat while doing this

 

Hiking

 

  • Hiking is the activity that can burn tones of calories because going up the mountains and getting into thin air, this requires lots of energy.
  • Walking up an incline automatically reduces fat in butt as doing a workout
  • One can burn about 390 calories of fat present in butt in about 1 hour of hiking.

 Biking

 

  • Riding a bike can increase your resistance and stand up to work your butt. A person can burn about 335 calories in 45 minutes.

Running

 

  • Running helps in weight loss, and feeling good
  • It also works on your butt
  • A person can burn 475 calories during 45 minutes of jogging
