Lung disease is known to be a major cause of death worldwide. The severity of the disease varies from person to person and it depends on the type of breathing disorder. So we can say that breathing and relaxation for lung disease are necessary, so as to reduce the complications. There are many types of lung diseases, out of which asthma, emphysema, rhinitis, cystic fibrosis, bronchitis and lung cancer are known to us very well. Lung disease is directly related to breathing difficulty of a person. This can be identified as follows:
· Taking more breaths in one minute
· Bluish bloom around the mouth as well as fingernails
· Grunting sounds while patient is exhaling
· Chest retraction with every breath
· Rise in perspiration
· Wheezing
From this we can conclude that breathing is the process which affects most in case of lung disease. Along with this, lung diseases and breathing disorders are strongly depended upon one’s weight; hence, it is important for sufferers to take good care of their weight maintenance.

It is necessary to control you breathing technique with proper diet and exercise, so as to maintain the disease into its minimum effect. Along with this, relaxation therapy is also important for controlling the disease. It can be maintained by using different therapies for relaxation as well as breathing.
Problems in breathing can cause different conditions, so one must carry out breathing exercises and yoga which can improve breathing and help to make a person relax.

· Breathing problems can lead to pneumonia or asthma, shortness of breath, panic attacks, etc.
· In some cases, occasional shortness of breath is known to be normal. First step to solve this problem is to consult a doctor to determine the cause, so as to apply appropriate treatment including taking medications and regular physical exercise and breathing therapy.

- You can also perform basic breathing exercises at home after learning proper techniques from an instructor.
- Breathing classes also teach relaxation techniques and diaphragmatic breathing which is beneficial to improve breathing.
- In addition to this, if one changes his / her lifestyle, it can also definitely help to reduce difficulty in breathing.
- Quit smoking and avoid inhaling chemicals like car exhaust that can change you breathing pattern.
- Cleansing breath therapy also helps to improve the breathing technique which is followed by the following steps: Sit straight in a chair, rest you palms on the knees. Inhale and while exhaling, use the abdominal muscles to force the entire air to come out.
In this way we can say that breathing and relaxation for lung disease must be followed properly, so as to control the disease.
