How To Prevent Type 2 Diabetes

Non-insulin dependent diabetes or type-1 diabetes develops in the bloodstream with the induction of resistance in the body cells to absorb glucose which is supplied by insulin hormone to convert it into energy. Prevention of the disease with natural methods:
