A diabetic diet is a chart plan which should be recommended by doctors and dieticians and followed intently by the patients of this lethal disease which is a silent killer. 1,600 to 2,000 calories per day and amount of food:Two glasses of milk, three vegetable, 4 to 6 ounces of meat or meat substitute and two fruits if you are-

  • Large sized women if you want to control diabetes
  • Small size men with robust health
  • Medium sized men regularly exercising.
