 Along with big bellies, lots of women complain about their thick thighs and unattractive legs. If you want to have slim legs and thighs, here are some very important tips for beautiful legs that you need to follow.

Keep in mind that there is no need to starve yourself to achieve beautiful legs.  Only thing is that you have to avoid eating too much of sweet foods.

Exercise

Smoking

Aside from being harmful to health, smoking is also known for one of the reason behind the cellulite formation on legs.

Your legs, no matter how slim, will start looking ugly due to smoking. So to be on the safe side, avoid smoking.
