During summer season, you have to bear sweating problems. Even if you sit away from the cool area for a while, you will find yourself sweating at a rapid pace. This is really upsetting as it has a direct impact on your skin and its freshness and smoothness. If you are serious about protecting your skin from the bad effects of the summer season, then you must do several small things which would probably have a positive impact on a broad scale upon your skin.

Keeping skin fresh in summers is easier said than done. However, by following some extremely natural tips you could keep your skin fresh and glowing even during summers.

Use Milk to Fight the Itch

If your skin feels dry and scratchy because of the sun, wind or dehydration then the solution lies in your refrigerator. You must add just one cup of instant crushed whole milk and one cup of baking soda to running bathwater and soak in it for 15 minutes.

Ground Olives

If you desire to achieve that ideal Greek olive skin, then just grind some olive stones and use it as a body scrub. This would act as a rich exfoliator, removing dead cells, cleansing your skin and providing an instant glow to it.

Exercise

Exercising outdoors in the summer would clear out your pores. Exercising would help oxygenate your cells and assist in the removal of toxins through the skin.

Cold Sour Cream

Cold sour cream helps in soothing sore sunburn and also brightens up the skin. You could use plain organic yogurt or buttermilk to balance rough skin tones and to soften your skin.

Mashed Bananas

Banana works wonders for your dehydrated skin and over processed hair. Keeping skin fresh in summers requires you to apply it on your face and throat for five minutes, clean off and pat dry to hydrate your skin. You must apply mashed banana on your hair for 15 minutes and wash away to improve its natural suppleness and strength.

Yogurt and Turmeric Paste

Apply a paste of plain yogurt and 1 tablespoon of turmeric to your waist to do away with the dreadful post pregnancy stretch marks. Rub into the stretch marks and leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes and then wash off.

Water Therapy

After an entire day of shopping in the high temperature, you could treat your tired and overheated skin by splashing some cold water on your face and placing your hands and wrists under cold running water. It’s an immediate cure that would immediately cool and calm the facial redness and lessen the surface temperature.

Spa like Facial

To overcome skin ageing with exposure to sun, mash a papaya and add a teaspoon of honey to it. Massage it into the skin and leave it on for 15 minutes. Remove it with a warm facecloth to get a skin free of dead cells. It would also promote new cell renewal.

Keeping skin fresh in summers involves many more remedies, but unless you take a good care of your skin all these remedies would be of no use.
