2. Ultrasound assisted liposuction (UAL) - Ultrasound assisted liposuction uses ultrasonic energy to break up fat prior to removal.
3. Wet liposuction - Wet liposuction is a fast method where less than half the volume of dilute local anesthesia is used for the tumescent technique.
4. Power assisted liposuction (PAL) - Power assisted liposuction involves a vibrating cannula that quickly breaks up fat for easy suction.
Is Liposuction Harmful?
More or less, every surgical operation or any kind of medical procedure involves a certain risk and liposuction is no exception. However, it is possible to minimize the risks if a person takes proper care and understands all the procedures involved.
