The creams, treatments, peel-offs and natural treatments although work satisfactorily on your skin to visibly reduce the wrinkles, but it is always better to plan for long term. A lasting solution to reduce the fine lines and wrinkles of face is to get into some of the facial exercises and strengthen the facial muscle tone. Not only the exercises improve the state of the facial muscles but also regulate blood circulation, giving a natural glow to the skin instantly. Mentioned below are some of the facial exercises which if repeated several times a day will help to get a beautiful wrinkle free skin.
1. Try to practice saying ee, oo, aah, several times a day. Consciously stretch the lips at their widest. Remember while doing this exercise you should keep your mouth tight.
2. Another exercise which might look a bit weird but is extremely effective in reducing the facial wrinkles is opening the mouth wide open and rolling the tongue as much as possible.
3. An immensely effective exercise to avoid and minimize wrinkles as well as double chin is to sit down facing a mirror. Now face the ceiling stretching your neck as much as possible. Reaching this position, just turn your head trying to look over the right shoulder. Now get back to the front and repeat the same process with left side. This is am immensely effective exercise for people having a saggy chin and neck with fine lines and wrinkles of them.
4. Yet another exercise to ward off the ugly fine wrinkles from your face is to sit straight in front of a mirror and while looking at it, clenching the teeth as hard as possible. Let your lips curl back. The mouth corners should be far apart giving your face a grimacing appearance. This contraction shall be held for till you count the digit six in your mind and now just relax. Just try thrusting the lower jaw fairly forward and then relax. If you are having an ugly looking flabby jaw line as the result of ugly age indications then probably this is the best exercise to get rid of it.
5. One of the best and tried out exercises for reducing wrinkles from your face is to first suck in the cheeks and then blow out the air. Now just try smiling from one corner of your mouth pushing the cheek as far as you can, this should be repeated with both sides alternately. This helps in reducing age lines from your cheeks.
6. Another proven formula to reduce wrinkles from your face is to suck the cheeks within, followed by blowing them as much as you can. Now what one is supposed to do is to press the fully blowed out cheeks with fingers but mind it the air should not be released. This is yet another exercise to make your face wrinkles fade away and to lessen the flabbiness of your cheeks.
7. If you are pissed off because of your furrowed eyebrows then a good exercise for them would be to open your eyes wide. Holding them wide open, just raise your eyebrows. This will help in reducing furrowed eyebrows as well as crinkles which are there on making your eyes look ugly.
Following these exercises several times visibly reduces the ugly wrinkles from your face and neck. Moreover, one should never forget to massage the wrinkled area with an effective wrinkle cream at least twice a day. Using a night cream is also highly beneficial in swiping away the face wrinkles. A good combination of exercises plus creams can help you tremendously in reducing the fine lines of the face.
