What are Yeast Allergy Symptoms?

Yeast is categorised as a central stabilizer which is used extensively in many food items. Yeast is often used in baked products and wines. Yeast which is predominantly a fungi is favourable for the fermentation process. Yeast allergy occurs when yeast overgrows.

An allergy occurs when the immune system reacts in a sensitive manner to a particular substance. Allergic reaction can take place due to a particular food substance, dust, drugs and animal fur.

Information on yeast allergy-

  1. Yeast which comes under the category of fungi proliferates under moist circumstances and atmosphere. When yeast starts to build up, it causes yeast infection.  Yeast allergy is caused when yeast starts to overshadow other harmless bacteria present in the body. Yeast allergy can be easily seen on the body surface.
  1. Areas in the body which are damp are prone to yeast infection. Areas such as the mouth can be easily infected by yeast. If an individual has a weak immune system and has been a victim of depression and anxiety can easily get infected by yeast allergy.
  1. Some medicines which contain chemicals are also known to increase the chances of yeast infection in an individual.

Some symptoms of yeast allergy are as under-

  1. The symptoms of yeast allergy would vary from person to person. Symptoms of the allergy can also change depending on the health at that very moment. 
  1. Yeast allergy has the capability of infecting the entire body and the skin. It deteriorates the skin quality. Yeast allergy causes harm to the essential organs, and also hampers their functionality. The sensory organs are also known to get affected due to yeast allergy.
  1. Yeast allergy results in: joint pain, sexual dysfunction, vaginal discharge, premature aging, vaginal odour, digestive pain, feeling dilapidated, urinary disorders, hand pain, short attention span, muscle aches and arthritis.

Symptoms of yeast allergy which can be seen are: memory loss, lowered immune system, Hypoglycaemia, hip and knee pain, acne, chronic rashes, fatigue, menstrual pain, depression, skin problems, impotence, lowered self esteem, irritability, food allergies, white patches, soreness, intestinal problems, prostate problems, shortness of breath, learning troubles and skin lesion.
  1. Symptoms of yeast allergy can be easily noticed if there is any sort of discharge or secretion of white liquid around the infected areas. There would also be petrifying pain when pus comes out from the contaminated areas.
  1. Yeast allergy causes swelling and excessive itching in and around the infected areas. 
  1. Yearning and craving for sugar or any sweet food item is a sign of yeast allergy.

Yeast allergy should be treated on time to avoid further complications. To avoid the occurrence of yeast allergy, one should refrain from taking in unnecessary antibiotics. Thrush infection is caused when yeast infection is not treated; this complication mainly occurs during the chronic stage and leads to red swollen skin and a white layer in the mouth.

Yeast allergy when not treated on time, can also lead to various other life threatening diseases and disorders. One should work towards preventing the crisis of yeast allergy along with medical guidance.
