Dust mites are living allergens, which are found in every house. Dust mites are able to burrow deep into the furniture because they have sticky pads on their feet. These insects thrive on humid and hot weather conditions. With high humidity levels in the atmosphere they are able to digest as well consume their food in a much better manner.

Dust mites belong to Genus Dermatophagoides. They come under the same family as spiders or the arachnida, the insect family.
