  5. Ask for your family’s support – Your family will provide and support you with the most needed emotional support. Temptation to consume alcohol would always be present; you would have to keep your will strong throughout.

Alcohol abuse has increased the occurrence of domestic violence, aggressive acts and child abuse. Alcohol consumption impairs judgement as well as hand – mind co-ordination.
